Learning and Development
• Conducts training programs for skills and competency development of
the government workforce and private individuals.
• Assists in updating and developing the structured plans and materials
(known as Program of Instructions) for the training courses offered by
the Bureau.
• Assists in the design and development of specific, skill-focused, and
high-value competency-based Information and Communications
Technology (ICT) curriculum, in collaboration with subject matter
experts (SMEs).
Research and Development
• Assists in the conduct of studies and research on the development and
adaptation of training methodologies applying to the Program of
Instructions.
• Assists in the conduct of research and collaboration with subject
matter experts, policymakers, and other stakeholders to develop a
responsive ICT (Information and Communication Technology) career
pathway.
• Assists in the conduct of studies and research on the development and
adoption of ICT assessment and certification, and on various ICT
education/learning technologies to ensure the delivery of high-value
capacity-building ICT courses: Researching how to best evaluate ICT
skills and certify individuals, as well as exploring new educational
technologies.
• Studies and research on the development and adoption of ICT
assessment and certification. Focuses on the research aspect of
creating and implementing ICT skills assessments and certifications.
Reporting and Monitoring
• Monitoring & Evaluation Reports of various C3D2 projects and major
activities. Systematically tracking and assessing the progress and
impact of different projects.
• Generating regular updates on the status and achievements of ongoing
work.
• Designing and leading dynamic training sessions that encompass physical conditioning, skill development, and nutritional guidance to optimize performance for competitions and tours.
• Instructing athletes on sports rules, game strategies, and precise performance techniques, while adapting coaching methods to individual strengths and weaknesses.
• Ensuring athlete safety by explaining and enforcing rules and regulations during all activities.
• Developing competitive strategies by analyzing opposing teams and adjusting game plans accordingly.
• Managing administrative aspects such as arranging competition schedules and communicating with student-athletes' parents.
• Providing holistic support, including academic and personal counseling, to foster well-rounded individuals.
• Staying current with the latest advancements in sports techniques, technologies, and philosophies to ensure cutting-edge coaching.
• Analyzing substantive legal court documents from various US Federal and State Courts to determine their suitability for inclusion on Lexis.com, strictly adhering to Controller Instructions.
• Manually entering and updating data for each document into the Tracker system, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of all information.
• Utilizing Public Access to Court Electronic Records (PACER) effectively to gather and process necessary information.
• Accurately inputting and managing product data directly onto the eBay e-commerce platform.

• Student Consultation: Being available to students outside of class for questions, one-on-one tutoring, academic advising, and addressing concerns related to the course material.
• Providing Guidance: Advising students on academic and career goals, especially relevant to the IT field.
• Office Management: Managing schedules, arranging meetings, appointments, and seminars for faculty and students, and overseeing email management and document request processing for the college.
• Student Services: Handling student admissions, addressing inquiries from students and parents, and managing on-campus On-the-Job Training (OJT) students.
• Virtual Learning Environment Support: Administering the NEU Virtual Learning Environment (Moodle) to facilitate online classes.
• Records Management: Maintaining organized hardcopy and softcopy files for efficient record-keeping.
• Procurement & Logistics: Managing the college's procurement process and arranging travel, accommodations, and event planning.
• Communication & Documentation: Disseminating important announcements and memos, drafting and finalizing official communication, recommendation letters, and legal documents under the Dean's approval.
• Quality Assurance & Accreditation: Assisting with program quality assessment and accreditation by preparing documentation and gathering necessary information for compliance.
