Hi, I am Erle Stanley S. Dy and you can call me "Stan". I am a Virtual Assistant specialist in Supply Chain Management, Logistics Management and Warehouse Management. I am a graduate of Diploma in Information technology at STI College. Responsible and hardworking person who can work under pressure.
I love to travel together with my wife, play computer games, listen to music and talk to people. The last position that I was able to handle is logistics operation manager here in the Philippines for 3years. and then I decided to apply for an online job so that I could spend more time with my wife and also build a healthier lifestyle together.
Due to my 14 years work experience in Manufacturing, Supply chain and Logistic industries here in the Philippines. I have intensive knowledge already on how the industries operate and I can say confidently that I would be able to learn and understand the company goals faster due to my experience. I’m used to the pressure and adrenaline rush during the peak hours or seasons of operations. If I will be part of the team one of my main focuses for me is to understand and to learn on how our company will do customer communication, delivery efficiency and team coordination. For me these are some of the major factors in every industry that I need to learn fast because each company has different processes on how to apply and get the job done. I always value my teammates and team leaders’ advice. Hitting the company’s goal or target with a higher customer satisfaction is the greatest achievement in all industry and I want to be part of that achievement. Warehouse & Supply Chain Operation In-charge
I'm in-charge in all the Inventory of all the product in the Warehouse (Actual vs System) it should be 100% balance, monitor the aging of the product and close communication with the Head Office logistics. Monitoring all the flow of the transaction within the office and also the distribution area, making sure that we accommodate all the sales orders and follow the FIFO system.
Dispatching deliveries base on sale order from Head office. Preparing all the proper documents like delivery recite, sale invoice and other documents necessary for the distributions of our product. Making sure that all the sales order are already been assigned with the proper transpiration base on the area location of the customers and always communicate with the checker in charge of the loading and unloading of goods.
