Hi, I'm Erla Mae Bautista, but most people just call me Erla. I'm a 23-year-old Filipino living in my hometown of Batangas, doing my best to navigate the colorful tapestry of life. The natural beauty and rich cultural legacy of this beautiful province have deeply impressed me since I was a child. Batangas has inspired my goals and molded my identity with its beautiful scenery and tranquil beaches. My heritage's tenacity and warmth of welcome from the Philippines have shaped my experiences and directed me as I move through life.
After completing my coursework and receiving a Bachelor of Science in Hotel and Restaurant Administration, I made the quick decision to launch my career in the rapidly evolving hospitality sector. Despite having an academic education, I chose to work as a barista in a busy coffee shop in order to gain real-world experience. I studied all I could about creating perfect coffee drinks for a year, from the fine art of espresso extraction to the art of perfectly boiled milk for rich and creamy cappuccinos. I was able to show off my passion of hospitality and dedication to customer satisfaction while working as a barista, and I also learned vital skills regarding the challenges of running a profitable food and beverage company. In addition to improving my professional skill set, this experience has increased my respect for the creativity and accuracy needed in the culinary industry.

their inquiries regarding the menu, and making recommendations based on their

sanitization of the coffee processing area, equipment, and serving area.

encompassing the diverse varieties of coffee beans, roast characteristics, taste profiles,
and techniques of preparation.

necessary to adhere to set recipes, preparation methods, and quality standards.
