• Scheduling an appointment with to our AVP- Key and Sales Account.
• Answering calls from tenants and Vendors and relaying emails/calls to the management.
• Creating tenant requests for tenants
• Work with Account Managers daily to identify top accounts, target skill sets, and industry experience relevant for our office; evaluate clients’ current and future staffing requirements and present qualified candidates for both contract and permanent positions.
• Responsible for filling requirements such as Supplier Diversity Analyst, Learning & Development, Portfolio Management, Risk & Governance, Account Manager/Business Development, Contract Administration, Project Coordinator, Technical Writer/Editor, Graphic Designer, etc.
• Coordinate and scheduled interviews with clients and the candidates and perform duties of candidate sourcing; phone screening, offers, onboarding, and employee relations.
• Utilize internal tools, social media, career boards (Dice, Indeed, Monster, LinkedIn, Ladders, Shine), Boolean searches, and more to identify and connect with highly qualified candidates for job opportunities
• Designing rough draft illustrations according to client specifications.
• Refining image design using adobe illustrator software.
• Responding to customers' inquiries and requests for the designs they want.
Analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interaction and planning digital campaigns to build community.
