Hello! My name is Erick and I’m 29 years old. Aside from work, my outside and personal activities include playing basketball, listening to music, playing the drums, singing, travelling and hanging out with my loved ones. I love exploring different places to try their local food and know more about their culture. During my free time, I always see to it to find time for my partner and loved ones to spend quality time with them. When it comes to my professional work, I’ve been working in the BPO industry since 2015 and I enjoy communicating with different kinds of clients and customers. I believe that my best assets are my skills and I love learning new aspects of businesses and gaining knowledge in my everyday life whether its inside my professional job or outside of work.

When I joined Diversify, I was first assigned to Cover wallet’s Inbound CSR Department wherein we take calls from our customers regarding their concerns with their insurances. Cover wallet offers business insurance in the United States and our task is to educate them with the different kinds of insurance that Cover wallet offers as well as assisting them whenever they have concerns with their business. After that, I transferred to the Certificate
Department wherein we are the ones who check and audit our clients insurance certificates before we process and send it to them.
As a senior process executive, I was assigned to Microsoft Department to support our clients concerns with their Microsoft products. We do emails and outbound calls to check and process their requests.
I joined Ingram Micro as a Customer Support Associate for their USCS General
Process Department last September 2018. My tasks were emailing our clients regarding their
concerns and requests with Ingram Micro’s products like HP, Samsung, Apple, Lenovo, etc.
gadgets and devices. We support our clients via email and sometimes, we also do outbound calls
to different couriers like Fedex, USPS, UPS, etc. to check the status of our clients orders with
Ingram Micro.
