My name is Erchelle Marie Mabulay and I'm 27 years old. In previous years, I started working as a selling supervisor and a cashiering supervisor in one of the best supermarkets in the Philippines, but then I also worked as a bank teller. Throughout my career, I've noticed that I've already been good at customer service, such as resolving complaints and other issues to alleviate the inconvenience they are experiencing. My greatest accomplishment in the customer service industry is receiving positive feedback from clients and being a part of Cebu's best supermarket for four years in a row. Moving forward, I hope to broaden my experience across industries.
Now I'm a social media manager, and I love working with companies on their digital presence. My goal is to create captions and develop content that people will want to read and share, as well as create visuals for companies and brands. I am always up for a challenge, whether it be creating content or managing an account, I love bringing new things to life.

My primary task as a Social Media Manager is the following; Social media management, Social media planning & strategies using content calendar, Social media marketing (organic), branding, content creation, copywriting (caption & hashtags), and engagement.
Data entry clerks are in charge of entering information from paper-based formats into databases or computer files. Additionally, they organize files to gather data for later use and manage and maintain efficient recordkeeping.
In charge of ensuring that all cashiers and baggers were properly trained and knowledgeable about all standard operating procedures. Receiving and counting all cash or check remittances made by cashiers and making sure that everything is dropped in the rotary hopper/vault, as well as arranging proper scheduling of all baggers and cashiers, particularly during peak hours or holidays.
Responsible for meeting the department's specific sales target and ensuring proper merchandise handling to avoid shrinkage and provide quality customer service.
In charge of every client's day-to-day transactions, such as Cash and Check Deposits, Check Encashment, Cash Withdrawals, and other client concerns. Ensure that all transactions are correctly recorded in the system and correspond to what is indicated on the client's slip. Counting the money in the cash drawer and ensuring that there are no discrepancies. Before the client leaves, go over all of the slips that have already been transacted.
Analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interaction and planning digital campaigns to build community.
