Hi there! I just wanna share some simple information about myself. You can call me Kim, I am 30 years of age and currently working as a Quality/Process Engineer. Know what I have are bountiful skills of experience I have won for the past 10 years. I started it off in 2014 as a Customer Service Representative and worked my way up to become a reliable Quality/Process Engineer in my current company. I have made my way to be part of the Quality Team due to my talent in reporting and documentations, building a good customer relationship, providing up-to-date status to my Supervisor, Clients, Customers, and Stakeholders. I am used to providing reports to our Local Manager, Onshore Manager, and even to our Customer Board of Directors. Providing the best customer experience and over the top client relationship has always been my goals. With all these experiences I have, I know I can be your asset in your company. I will not just be a simple Virtual Assistant but more of a committed partner in your business.
