With nearly 3 years of experience, I had the opportunity to work with professionals, including a cafe restaurant owner and a venue rental manager.
I managed and grew the brand's online presence across Facebook and Instagram increasing follower engagement and visibility. I also planned and scheduled consistent, on-brand content calendars tailored to both the coffee shop and venue rental audiences. I designed visually appealing creatives and short-form videos that highlighted products, promotions and events. I do also collaboration with the team to promote seasonal offerings, in-store events, and venue bookings through strategic campaigns. And I monitored analytics to optimize content performances and adjust strategies based on engagement and reach.
