○ Maintains and organize the executive's schedule, including scheduling meetings, appointments,
and travel arrangements.
○ Monitor and prioritize emails, responding to routine inquiries and flagging important messages for
the executive's attention.
○ Provide general administrative assistance, such as drafting correspondence, preparing documents,
and managing filing systems.
○ Coordinate and schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and ensure that necessary materials are
distributed in advance.
○ Make travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, transportation, and handling visa
