Hi there! I'm a professionally licensed teacher who has taught in both private and public schools. I also have experience teaching ESL online. However, after taking a break from teaching, I decided to pursue a new career path and became an e-commerce virtual assistant.

As an e-commerce virtual assistant, I have developed a range of skills that are focused on managing and optimizing product listings, communicating with suppliers, ensuring timely shipping and delivery of orders, handling customer inquiries, complaints, and returns, creating and managing enhanced brand content on Amazon, creating and managing storefronts, planning and coordinating the creation and shipment of products, managing and organizing data in a flat file format, and managing and resolving customer service issues and complaints.

My experience has given me a deep understanding of customer service management in the context of e-commerce. I am detail-oriented, organized, and adept at managing multiple tasks simultaneously. I am passionate about using my skills to help businesses grow and thrive in the fast-paced world of e-commerce.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and exploring new hobbies. I love reading, hiking, play with my dogs and prepare their food and trying out new recipes in the kitchen. Thanks for taking the time to learn a little bit about me!
