(Production Supervisor)
Completes production plan by scheduling and assigning personnel, accomplishing work results, establishing priorities, monitoring progress, revising schedules, resolving problems, and reporting results of the processing flow on shift production summaries.
Maintains workflow by monitoring and upgrading processes, observing control points and equipment, monitoring personnel and resources, studying methods, implementing cost reductions and initiating and fostering a spirit of cooperation within the cross functional team.
Maintains Quality service by establishing and enforcing production standards.
Lead the Production in achieving the objective in productivity, yield, quality, delivery, inventory and cost through optimum utilization of resources and effective coordination with support group.
Maintains safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel on the use of all control points, equipment and resources and maintaining compliance with established policies and Procedures
Ensures that all production KPI’s are met. Production KPI’s includes OQC PPM, On time delivery of jobs, Efficiency, UPH, Yield, MRO us and Output.
