• Responsible for the conduct of customer information data analysis and review.
• Provide support/assistance to units inquiries related to customer information via phone calls, work chat and email.
• Monitors and evaluates errors and discrepancies in the customer records.
• Collaborating with the IT system development team for the conduct of system enhancement that contributes effective & efficient process on data analysis.
• Prepare daily and monthly reports on exceptions extracted from the database using stored scripts in SQL and other related applications.
• Performs account opening and related functions.
• Responsible for the complete, accurate, timely creation of maintenance of record for the new and existing customers.
• Conducts KYC analysis and proper due diligence to records in accordance with the policies and procedures set by the Bank.
• Manages/attends to customer's complaints by coordinating with concerned units to ensure resolution and meet client's satisfactions.
• Organize documents, reports and correspondence, ensuring easy retrieval when needed.
• Establish and promote cordial relationship with customers, ensuring prompt attendance to their inquiries related to bank products and services.
• Suggests effective ways. through which the bank can promotes its products and services and increase customer satisfaction.
• Accepts and processes various fund transfers , remittances,
payments and all cash handling activities.
Analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interaction and planning digital campaigns to build community.
Providing high-quality work with accuracy, thoroughness, consistency, and close attention to detail
Create visually appealing and effective graphic designs such as social media, print materials, branding and advertising.
Support managing, categorizing, and ensuring proper storage for document retrieval.
Assist customers through text chat, addressing inquiries and providing support.
