I've been out of the corporate world since 2007. And been doing some small business on the side like soft drinks wholesaling and operating a canteen. I've heard about freelancing since 2016 and been interested since then. Just never found a mentor back then. The pandemic was a game changer, it affected most businesses and mine was not an exemption. Right now, I'm starting from scratch. Freelancing is my pathway to regain my financial freedom while working from home. It's now or never.
