My responsibilities involve organizing delivery schedules, assigning orders to
drivers or shipping teams, and ensuring that all shipments are correctly prepared and
dispatched on time. I monitor order progress, address any delays or issues, and keep customers
informed with updates. Additionally, I collaborate with warehouse staff to maintain inventory
levels and ensure orders are processed efficiently.
My main job is to enter sales transactions and customer information into the
company’s system accurately. I make sure all data is complete, correct, and up-to-date while
double-checking records for consistency. I also create sales reports, keep records organized, and
work with the sales team to fix any issues. Additionally, I help update customer details and
handle other administrative tasks as needed, always maintaining confidentiality and meeting
deadlines.
Analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interaction and planning digital campaigns to build community.
Search the Internet for information on a wide variety of topics.
Promote companies' products and services by developing copy for websites, social media, marketing materials.
