• Providing the client customer satisfaction by addressing their concern by taking information and resolving their problem regarding internet connection.
• Monitoring of office supplies and other needs for different office branch.
• Preparing Handling of payroll every 15 th and 30 th of the month.
• Encoding and filing documents such as invoice, receipts and other documents for record purposes.
• Delivering of billing invoice to client for collection purposes for a service rendered.
Analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interaction and planning digital campaigns to build community.
