Hi! My name is Ellaine Terania, I am previously working as a customer service representative (work from home set-up) for 2 years and 6 months and I am sure that I can handle the work just the way you want me to. I have also successfully completed the Virtual Assistant Training for Appointment Setter, Admin Assistant and Social Media Manager.

Precisely, my skills are good in customer service, attention to details, highly organized and motivated, strong customer rapport, friendly and pleasant phone voice, show initiative and proactive, flexible, smart, hardworking and assertive, can work with minimal supervision.
