I've been in BPO for 3 years as a Customer Service Representative through email, Live chat support, and phone support across various industries. While in the BPO industry, I also have experience in Data Entry in Government. I try to explore more for other tasks or skills that I can be with or I can study and learn and will make use of it in my future goals. I have a passion for studying how to become a Virtual Assistant. Luckily, I got hired by my first Upwork client as an Internal Analyst with a mix of Data Entry, and then after that, I did not stop to find more jobs that would fit my skills.
