Hello, my name is Ellaijah Mae Roldan, but you can call me Ej. I’m 26 years old and currently live in Imus Cavite, Philippines. I earned my degree in Bachelor of Science in International Travel and Tourism Management from Lyceum of the Philippines University – Manila.

I’m an aspiring Virtual Assistant specializing in data entry, social media management, and basic video editing. My journey began with running my own online selling shop, where I managed customer messages, organized orders, created product listings, and promoted my products online. This experience taught me how to stay organized, pay close attention to details, and create engaging posts that attract customers.

I also attended a starter training with ProVA PH, where I explored different Virtual Assistant niches and learned the basics tools like Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, graphic design, basic video editing, and simple content creation. This training helped me discover the VA areas I’m most interested in and the skills I want to develop further.

While I’m new to the VA industry, I’m eager to learn, adapt quickly, and grow. I’m excited to work with clients, assist with their online tasks, and gain valuable experience while delivering reliable, high-quality support.
