● Performing electronic fund transfer and withdrawal for the clients
● Perform other tasks that are instructed from time to time
● Audit to tellers ensuring all collections are properly declared and shortages are well charged
● Check office equipment and ensure that it is working well
● Implement management set controls to ensure integrity of collections and deter fraudulent intents
● Report abnormalities in every office operation and provide daily observation report
● Timely checking of toll offices CCTV cameras to observe
● Prepare transaction report summary for every teller in every office assignment and prepare summary report using excel
