My first introduction to the outsourcing world was customer service providing 100% resolution. It was from there I became confident, determined, and productive. Being that I owe those qualities to this industry. I would be thrilled to work in Sales, Marketing, Product Management, and Virtual Assistant.
Over the year, I have focused on a variety of processes from voice to non-voice, chat support, fulfillment support, and outbound cold caller to lead generator, appointment setter to product management.
Not only will I get the job done. I will produce the highest quality of work. I pride myself on surpassing given requirements and improving upon each job to make it more effective. While I love seeing the numbers rack up, I recognize that customer service be it vendor, B2B, B2C or end-user are more important. I just do not offer my services but a huge part of it is to make a long business relationship.
