• Assessment, decision and action implementation on cases. Each case should be assessed when handled and a decision regarding the correct progression that must be made, and then applied.
• Keeps customers updated in regards to the progression of their tickets. This is via the various communication medium currently available and allowed.
• Covers the different task under Technical Escalations as needed and required.
• Learning and development of oneself. Each must be able to sustain their own continuous improvement both on technical and character aspects.
• Commitment to extra hours of work as necessary. Either consumed to hit individual or department goals.
Liaise with internal department and third-party supplier for any assistance and concern.
• Diffuse customer complaint and provide best effort in customer retention.
