Hi there! Good day! Elaiza Mae L. Tinay. I am 27 years old. I am a single. I graduated Bachelor of Elementary Education and I have 7 years experienced as Administrative Assistant. I am an honest person. I have skills in Word processing, I am good in oral and written communication. I am self-motivated and disciplined person.
I am a professional communicator with experience in streamlining communication, supporting executives during the preparation and execution of reports as well as playing an essential role to many meetings. I've been trained to use many different tools for this purpose, which has helped me excel. My skills are so good that even executives find themselves turning too often to get done what needs doing. I am meticulous about organization and keep records of all my processes to ensure that I'm always transparent, accountable or efficient. In addition ,I have a wide range in efficiency which ranges from being vigilant & approachable for those who need assistance with their files as well making sure new ideas get implemented into company policies so there will be less waste within the organization . Lastly, I love continuous learning.

- Manages the youth formation programs of the schools within the division
- Manages and monitors the implementation of the career guidance program in senior high schools; and
- Reports to the Assistant Principal for Operations and Learner Support and/or Principal/School Head, as well as the School Governance and Operations Division (SGOD) at the SDO.
- Receive, Check and routed documents of the District Engineer's Office
- Answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondences
- Maintain diaries and arranging appointments
- Organizing and Servicing meetings
- Coordinating mail and similar publicity tasks
- Acting as receptionist and/or meeting and greeting clients
- Maintaining effective records
- Preparing and disseminating correspondences, memos and forms
- File and update contact information of employees, customers, suppliers and external partners
- Developed and maintain a filing system
- Encode and route BAC documents
- Responsible for the Inventory of Supplies
- Prepares Inventory report of supplies
- Establishes and maintains an active continuing program for management preservation and disposition of records using database
- Assumes full responsibility in the custody and safekeeping of voluminous official records and documents of the Division
