Monitors, balances and replenishes the cash and supplies of ATMs under the supervision of the Branch Cashier. Confirms with the depositor/drawer on all the withdrawals / encashments amounting to P100,000 and on withdrawals made by representatives. In charge of verifying inward clearing checks, withdrawals, encashments & on us check deposits certifying the genuineness of signatures, dates of the checks are not post dated or stale dated, amount in words and figures tally and confirmation of inward regular checks and recommendation on the disposition of referred inward items in ICS. Ensures the validity of signatures on MC/GC/DD of authorized officers, verifies signature of clients on their Safety Deposit Boxes Access Records and Time Deposit Certificates. Safekeep records of Stop Payment Orders, Freeze Orders, Garnishment and corresponding lift orders by placing them inside the Vault. Ensure timely submission/transmission of government payment collection schedule/report (PHIC and BIR). Trains new tellers and assists or acts as TELLER, CUSTOMER RELATIONS ASSISTANT and BRANCH CASHIER RELIEVER during exigencies and peak periods
Conducts initial interview with prospective depositor. Handles opening/closing of Current/Savings and Statement Accounts/Money Plus/Time Deposits Filing and Sorting of "Hold" Bank Statements. Process Payroll Credit instructions Accepts, encodes and prepares tickets for BIR and PHIC Payments. Prepares Bank Certification, Manager's Check and Gift Check Manages the opening of Safety Deposit Boxes and debit account on their renewal dates. Processes remittance pick up of clients. Entertains inquiries and assists clients in their banking needs.
Access to Cash Vault and responsible for Cash transfers (CMU, ATM and Tellers). Custodian of Petty Cash, Accountable Forms (Non-Working Supply), Dormant Account Signature Cards, Duplicate Keys, Dormant MC/GC, KYC & Account Opening Documents. Act as Approver Branch Cashier Role on FCBS, SDVS, ICS and Branch Cashier Email (Microsoft Outlook). Verification and Approval of over the counter transactions on encashment/withdrawal and On us Check debit with P50,000.00 limit. Acts as checker of Telegraphic Transfers, Tickets, File Maintenance Forms, Client Instruction Sheet, Application of Manager's checks/ Gift Checks, Application for Bank Certificates and Miscellaneous Transaction Slips.
Receives cash and checks from over the counter transactions and pick up/delivers deposit from/to clients
