My career in the industry started from handling calls, to documentation, quality assurance, up to managing the operations. Listing of properties for sale.
Understanding what the buyer is looking for in a property.
Arranging property viewings.
Guiding prospective property buyers while working with professionals/Real Estate Brokers on the closing process.
Doing product research.
Listing the products on the platform with descriptions and all necessary details.
Upload images for each product.
Checking and monitoring of inventory.
We represent the brand and respond to the customer inquiries via chat then obtain the customer's contact information which we will then forward to our client so they may follow up with the customer for a possible business with them.
• Handled a team of 13-15 agents, providing them coaching or training to ensure that they perform as per the company’s expectations.
• Evaluates the agent's chats randomly and score them using our Quality Assurance monitoring form.
• Responsible in creating weekly team schedule based on the chat forecast.
