Transcribing and interpreting handwritten notes, diagnostic test results, operative reports, and documents done by the doctors through a written report.
Answers, supports and resolve problems/concerns raised by the customer through tickets across all TI (Texas Instruments) sites and external partners 24/7 and ensuring that problems/requests are closed within the Service Level Agreement (SLA) defined in STARS and in Project Metrics item.
Assess and queue tickets on Level 1 Support.
Send confirmation to the customer that tickets are being worked/checked on.
Inform customers through emails or calls that the issue has been resolved and close the ticket once confirmation is
received.
Resolving customer queries, recommending solutions, and guiding product users through features and functionalities.
Analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interaction and planning digital campaigns to build community.
