increase brand awareness, improve marketing efforts and increase sales.

information, receiving inquiries, organizing appointments, managing memos and
reports, creating spreadsheets and filing documents.
Responsible for providing information and assistance to passengers.
Assists customers with flight reservations, complaints, itinerary changes and baggage
concerns.
Analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interaction and planning digital campaigns to build community.
Search the Internet for information on a wide variety of topics.
Promote companies' products and services by developing copy for websites, social media, marketing materials.
