I worked as Customer Service Representative for 10 years for both technical and Sales. My experience in call center will be my best asset to become a successful Virtual Assistant. I handled Healthcare and Telco account including billing and retention. I am dedicated to work, hardworking and can easily adopt . I'm flexible and can do multi tasking at the same time.

This was a Telco account wherein we helped our customer calling in any technical issue that they have. We do troubleshooting with their cable service and most of the time we create Truck Roll to offer tech visit if issue can’t be resolved over the phone.
Our main goal as a Healthcare Specialist was we provide assistance to our healthcare provider calling in regard to a specific benefits and coverage for their members. We also provide authorization if a specific procedure needs authorization. Aside from this, we sent info to claims department for their reimbursement.
As a Loyalty Specialist, our main goal is to save our customer from cancelling their account. We knew that when it comes to any problem occured regarding their cable service, it's our job to provide long term resolution. Technical issues are the most common scenario while they called their service provider like us. We offered technician visit if issue can't be resolved over the phone, and giving them assurance about the adjustment on their account because we really value their business.
I handled billing, phone troubleshooting for customer's having network issues on their mobile device. We do phone upgrade and phone replacement.
