· Directly reports to the Hotel Manager and maintain close coordination with Housekeeping Supervisor, F&B Supervisor and Vessel Physician.
· Responsible for public address, customer assistance, registration and rooming-in, room upgrades and information.
· Handles customers complaints and requests.
-Experience in creating engaging, clear and on-brand written content for a wide range of marketing
platforms, including our social media platforms, websites, and marketing collateral.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present ideas
• Exceptional proof-reading skills.
• Ability to create and edit engaging social media videos for social media stories and so on.
• A passion for education, language, and a knack for finding the right words to connect with our
target audience.
• Ability to contribute ideas and strategies to improve social media engagement .
• A strong sense of aesthetics with an understanding of the social media influencer landscape.
Confidence in identifying and sharing ideas for content.

· Checking guests in and out.
· Receiving and managing reservations made online and telephonically.
· Verifying guests' payment methods during check-in.
· Assigning rooms to guests and informing them of any specials offered by the hotel.

I am responsible for the cashiering and inventory of store stocks. I am also managing the accounts of the store.
