For the last five years, I've worked in the hospitality and customer service sectors, and I've discovered that in my job, my favorite aspect is assisting people in solving issues that are beyond their capacity. I learned at a young age that helping people is a great way to start the day, so I became just that.
To get everyone on board with the same vision and goals, I'm great at following directions from my clients while also being able to view things from other perspectives, which I love to do while collaborating with others.
Since I'm self-sufficient, I make sure that I'm aware of my numbers and that I've put my strategies for improvement into place.
I think the qualities that translate well in this field are perseverance, dedication, honesty, dependability, and reliability. I also recognize the value of acting morally and with respect to the Clients' established guidelines.
