I have 9 solid years of employment from a non-life insurance industry, processing claims and dealing with various data entries and admin tasks. With 4 years background from a BPO company handling international account, interacting with customers through emails and chats.
Due to the nature of my jobs, I have a keen attention to details. I am well trained in following standard guidelines, policies and procedures. I'm adept in multitasking and managing my time effectively.
On the heights of this pandemic, I was privileged to work remotely. This has enhanced my capability to perform my duties efficiently with minimal supervision. I believe that through hard work and dedication, I will continue to produce quality outputs and top-notched results.
Working at home has been beneficial to me – for my safety, mental health, financial needs, and having quality time with my family. Now that I have decided to step out of my comfort zone and take a leap forward to achieve my dreams, I commit myself to learn the skills until I become the best in my chosen career.
