-I manage daily operations and maintaining office supplies and records. Coordinating, planning, and executing church events. Also Assisting to create budgets, pay bills and track and record church income from donations and sales.
-I handle communications and publications, creating and distributing bulletins and newsletters.
-I assist my co-pastors, set their appointment, manage calendar and make meeting arrangements.
-Send reminders and follow-ups for important meetings and events. I also do reporting and presentations of minutes of meeting.
-I manage renting church equipment and facilities, and enforcing church policies for facility use
