Data Entry - verify patients’ information on insurance card and license for case checking.
Monitor deadlines and provide notice to leads when necessary. Assist in making follow ups regarding the completion of the onboarding process in a timely manner to ensure a deal is closed as quickly as possible.
Conduct interviews with potentially suitable candidates and short-listing qualified candidates.
Follow up on candidates who passed the interviews to discuss the result, onboarding requirements and further details of the job.
