Sales: promote and sell telecommunication products and services to customers, educate customers about various plans, features, and devices, meet or exceed sales targets through effective product knowledge and persuasion
Customer Service: provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues, assist customers in selecting suitable plans and devices to meet their needs, handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution
Technical Assistance: help customers with device setup, troubleshooting, and basic technical support, provide demonstrations of device features and functionalities, assist customers in transferring contacts and data between devices
