1. Supervises a small team who are responsible in the end-to-end process of US payroll.
2. Responsible in managing all aspects of USA payroll tasks & all types of reporting and state filings.
3. Monitors workflow, team assignments and processing deadlines
4. Verifies accurate calculation of wages, tax withholding, benefit deductions and company deductions.
5. Assists team members in resolving errors or responding to inquiries
6. Prepare reports on employee pay, bonuses, vacation, sick and other company leave; taxes, withholding etc.
