- Mainly resposible for procurement activities of multiple indirect categories such as, but not limited to Real Estate & Facilities Related Services, Logistics Support, Trucking, Customs Clearance, Technology and etc.
- Manage end-to-end procurement activity, which include, but not limited to spend data analysis, strategic sourcing, contract and supplier management, risk management, implementation, and contract review.
- Negotiate contract terms and conditions and maintain supplier’s relationship.
- Lead accomplishment of all sourcing related functions such as RFP, RFI, RFQ, Tender etc
- Lead continuous improvement of procurement processes in line with the changing organizational needs and market conditions.
- Works with various stakeholders leads to identify, execute, and implement cost savings
- Plans and conducts bid conferences, bid/proposal evaluations, and awards to vendors.
- Conducts price analysis on all vendor quotes and services to determine most desirable and cost-effective suppliers.
- Negotiates terms and conditions favorable considering quality, price, delivery, warranty and after sale service support.
- Plans, coordinates, supervises, and evaluate activities to assigned staff, participates in the development and implementation of goals, policies, and priorities for procurement activities and operations.
- Review accuracy and specification of all requisition orders in accordance with the company standards, source out, compare prices, specifications, and delivery date, determine the best bid among the potential suppliers and prepare the necessary purchase order.
- Track status of all purchase orders and expedite deliveries if necessary to resolve shortages, missed or late deliveries, and other problems and communicate to concerned parties about order status, changes, cancellations, etc
- Process request for payment, check costs of orders, charge to appropriate cost centers and submit invoices to Finance.
Analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interaction and planning digital campaigns to build community.
Search the Internet for information on a wide variety of topics.
Promote companies' products and services by developing copy for websites, social media, marketing materials.
