More Info About Me

I am a graduate of BS Interior Design from University of Santo Tomas (Philippines) and a Licensed Interior Designer. I have 4 years experience as a Virtual Interior Designer with a US based Company (Italian Kitchen Design) and 12 years experience in Project Management and Construction Management in the Philippines.

I used to be a Virtual Interior Designer back in 2012, I did drawings of kitchen cabinets, vanity cabinets and other modulars, I also did their proposals and at times, 3d models of the cabinets for better visualization of clients. Being a Virtual Interior Designer then, gave me the opportunity of flexible time to work and as well as to study for my Licensure Exam, -- fortunately, I passed the exam. Having the eagerness to learn more, I decided to explore the corporate world, I started being in a Rank and File position, slowly climbed the ladder to Supervisor, and now to Assistant Manager.

With all my experiences both virtual and on corporate world, I believe that I can do and complete tasks given to me with SMART goals and beyond ordinary. I am also keen on details and has initiative to perform tasks that would be helpful to the business.

-Space planning & Design concept - Analyzing and optimizing the use of available space considering client preferences. Planning and SPecifying appropriate lighting to enhance the ambiance and functionality of the space
-Material Selection including FF&E - choosing appropriate materials, colors and furnishings for the interior spaces. Creating custom furniture design, if needed, to suit the design theme and requirement. Choosing artwork, decorative items, and accessories that compliment the overall design

-Interior Design Assistant Manager of Proscenium at Rockwell, which consists of 5 Residential Towers, Retail Row, Office Building (LEED Gold) and state of the art Performing Arts Theater with the latest stage technology available in the world and the first of its kind in the Philippines.
-Directly involves management activities over and above the normal architectural and engineering services carried out during the pre-design, design and construction phase with the overall objective to have control over time, cost and quality relative to the construction of a project.
-Review drawings given by the US based Interior Designer, thus incorporating the standards and the needs of the space.
-Review of submitted construction drawings of local designers. Presided design workshop should there be clashes among the various allied professionals. Evaluation of technical drawings submitted by third party contractors of the project such as RFA, RFI, RFC, shop drawings through Autodesk BIM360.
-Direct coordination with consultants, contractors and trade experts for design conflicts arising on-site within the parameters of time, cost and quality.
-Sourced specified materials from different countries (e.g USA; Singapore;Europe)
-Evaluation and accreditation of contractors and suppliers bidding for each package of the project, starting from frequent ocular visits of projects completed, fabrication plant (as needed), review of technical submissions, cost analysis until the awarding
-Thorough and fair review of cost-related documents such as cost proposals, progress billings, augmentation and variation orders of architectural packages in a timely manner. Evaluates and delineates contractors' scope of works diligently and assess cost implications.
Site inspection and checking if the works are being carried out according to the approved plans.
-Manages a team of Site Architects that monitors the activities of contractors
-Micro managed Contractors’/Suppliers’ Project -Manager to Project-in-Charge down to its worker on site.
-Quality Control and Assurance of the space prior turn over.
