* Provides administrative, clerical and other support services to product group:
- Keeps and maintains files of sales and collection data, correspondence, reports, forms and other documents.
- Answers inquiries on behalf of the group. Answers incoming telephone calls or email messages; relays messages to sales people, attends messages to sales.
- Provides requests for samples to customers.
- Handles customer local orders for approval of Sales Director.
- Coordinates with other departments (Production, Technical, Warehouse and Transport).
- Monitors availability of stocks and deliveries as per schedule.
- Provides customers with information on orders/deliveries/collections.
- Updates customer data file and special instructions.
- Assists to prepare offers, sales contracts, sales forecasts, reports, minutes of meeting, correspondence and other documents.
- Gathers, compiles and summarizes sales and collection statistics and provides Sales group with information as scheduled or as per need basis.
- Assists to follow up collections and monitor customer credit status; updates sales group.
