I ensure that clients receive the highest possible standards of service at all times. Client queries are addressed and appropriate remittance services are recommended by the Remittance Officer to support the client's personal or business needs.
• Handle account inquiries from internal and external sources
• Provides financial information to management by researching and analyzing accounting data; preparing reports.
• Serve as the point of contact for customers on contractual matters. Act as contractual middle man between company employees and customers, ensuring timely review and approval / reconciliation of variations.
• Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes and additions to contractual agreements with architects, consultants, clients, suppliers.
