• Identify and engage potential clients who are in need of credit repair services.
• Review credit reports, identify inaccuracies, and initiate dispute investigations.
• Provide guidance and advice to clients on improving credit scores and maintaining good credit health.
• Maintain accurate records and stay informed about credit reporting laws.
• Contact clients through text or email to address pending matters, and make phone calls as required for timely resolution.
• Maintain records of all variances monthly according to established procedures and ensure accuracy of all stock adjustments and transfers from one warehouse to another.
• Perform periodic stock-take and investigate the discrepancies and post the results.
• Review the shrinkage and liaise with the respective department to in place preventive measures to reduce stock loss.
• Coordinate and oversee the end-to-end implementation of Ethernet services for clients.
• Work with salesforce processes, meeting intervals, and escalating with partners for resolution.
• Proactively communicate with customers regarding installation, service updates and resolution of issues.
• Help lead the field technicians responsible for getting the services delivered to clients.
