Greetings! I’m Ronalyn! I’m thrilled and, at the same time, truly excited about bringing my expertise to the table. I want to assure you that I come fully equipped and ready to hit the ground running. I’m delighted to be here and introduce myself as someone deeply passionate about technology and its transformative potential. I’m complex, adaptable, flexible and ready to work remotely. I consistently achieved high academic standing, I'm a valedictorian and was recognized for my achievements with a number of awards (Journalist of the Year, Athlete of the Year, Best Research Presenter, Sika Solsona Youth Ambassadress, Best in Social Studies, Exhibiting punctuality, Exemplary Academic Performance, etc.). These accolades attested to my dedication to excellence, willpower, and eagerness in leveraging my knowledge and abilities. I'm confident in my ability to deliver results promptly and effectively.
I am a graduate of the Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy program at Mariano Marcos State University (one of the leading universities in the region and now being known in the Philippines). I just passed the board examination given by the Professional Regulation Commission (1st take), and I’m proud to say that we are the Top 1 performing school in the entire Philippines with a 96.88% passing mark. Throughout my journey, I've consistently sought out opportunities to grow both personally and professionally. I can be counted on to complete tasks effectively, efficiently and bring fresh perspectives to the table.
I learned that dealing with patients is a transformative experience. Interacting with them allowed me to have a deeper sense of empathy, compassion and provided valuable experience in conveying complex medical information in a clear and understandable manner, not only through verbal communication but also through active listening and non-verbal cues, which are essential for building trust and rapport. Additionally, I’ve enhanced my problem- solving skills, cultural competence, resilience, and continuous learning.
Also, I've immersed myself or exposed to modern technology, and I have the constant drive to stay ahead of the curve as a tech-savvy individual. I thrive in environments where innovation is not just encouraged but embraced. I'm always willing to explore new tools to streamline processes and drive efficiency. I have a deep understanding of how it can be strategically leveraged to achieve business objectives and deliver tangible results. With my knowledge and passion for all things tech, I'm committed to pushing boundaries to help us stay at the forefront of this rapidly evolving industry.

patients, students, visitors and staff. Flyers or even brochures are included to attract attention,
educate reinforce important health messages and encourage positive behavior change. I’m
happy to contribute in promoting health awareness, improving patient education, and
enhancing the overall experience for patients, visitors, and staff and that I have contributed
somehow to them which is really a heartwarming feeling.

(Assistant Data Entry Specialist – Canteen Inventory In-charge (Part Time))
My role was to encode information about the accepted payments, such as cash or credit which should be encoded to facilitate smooth transactions for customers and transparency to the owner. Syngenta is a leading agricultural company which covers crop protection and seeds for farmers. My role here was to encode the name of the farmers, the association, name of the presidents, contact number etc. I’ve also been tasked to input necessary information on the Demo Monitoring which really contains a lot of information and various rows. I’m happy that I got to be part of this, contributing help to the agriculturist and farmers.

Local Government Unit – Special Program for Employment of Students
(Assistant Data Entry Specialist (Part Time))
Special Program for Employment of Students program is typically administered
by the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) in partnership with local government
units, educational institutions, and private sector employers. My role was to encode names
assigned by the Municipal treasurer for tax payers, fees, charges or other income sources. It also
includes budget preparation, expenditure control, cash management, and financial reporting. I
assisted reports provide transparency regarding the LGU's financial activities, ensuring
accountability to the public and other stakeholders. I’m glad I became part of ensuring the
financial stability, accountability, and transparency of the LGU, supporting its ability to deliver
essential public services and fulfill its mandate effectively.

Mariano Marcos Memorial Hospital
(Hospital Pharmacist)
Being part of the Mariano Marcos Memorial Hospital is challenging yet very exciting. We pharmacist play a multifaceted role in ensuring safe, effective and appropriate medication use. Tele-pharmacy is one of the things I’m exposed to during my hospital stay. I deliver pharmacy services to patients who may not have easy access to pharmacies particularly in underserved areas, expanding access to pharmacy services. I am also responsible in rechecking things before it will be dispense to the patients. I experienced medication review, assess potential drug interactions, contraindications and other factors to prevent medication errors and adverse drug events and record it through the given template/layout. We have case studies and need to work on the SOAP notes, family history and medications and other important information needed.
I’ve also been exposed to clinical pharmacy services by collaborating with other healthcare professionals like physicians/doctors, nurses and clinical pharmacists to optimize medication therapy outcomes, participating in patient rounds, providing drug information, making recommendations for therapy adjustments, and monitoring patient responses to medications. We review patient medication profiles, patient charts, do a patient counseling and create posters in promoting health awareness.

Mercury Drug is a leading pharmaceutical retailer in the Philippines. Established in 1945 by Mariano Que, it has grown to become one of the country's largest drugstore chains, with thousands of branches nationwide. I’m happy that I got to be part of the Philippine’s biggest largest drugstore chain. We educate patients about their medications and empower them to take an active role in managing their health. On Glowing Drugstore, we use technology for inventory, different data input, sales and discounts, drug sales and point-of-sale operations in the pharmacy, managing payment transactions and inventory. We serve as accessible healthcare professionals who play a crucial role in promoting public health, ensuring medication safety, and improving patient outcomes in the community. Therefore I can say, pharmacy is multifaceted profession and pharmacists are flexible adaptable, versatile and resilient, allowing us to navigate different situations with agility and effectiveness and most especially ability to adjust to different situations or circumstances with ease.
