Tele-pharmacy is one of the things I’m exposed to during my hospital stay. I deliver pharmacy services to patients who may not have easy access to pharmacies particularly in underserved areas, expanding access to pharmacy services.
Medication review, assess potential drug interactions, contraindications and other factors to prevent medication errors and adverse drug events and record it through the given template/layout. Case studies and need to work on the SOAP notes, family history and medications and other important information needed.
Clinical pharmacy services by collaborating with other healthcare professionals like physicians/doctors, nurses and clinical pharmacists to optimize medication therapy outcomes, participating in patient rounds, providing drug information, making recommendations for therapy adjustments, and monitoring patient responses to medications. Review patient medication profiles, patient charts, do a patient counseling and create posters in promoting health awareness.

Role in creating visual materials that communicate important information to

educate reinforce important health messages and encourage positive behavior change. I’m

Special Program for Employment of Students program is typically administered
by the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) in partnership with local government
units, educational institutions, and private sector employers. My role was to encode names
assigned by the Municipal treasurer for tax payers, fees, charges or other income sources. It also
includes budget preparation, expenditure control, cash management, and financial reporting. I
assisted reports provide transparency regarding the LGU's financial activities, ensuring
accountability to the public and other stakeholders. I’m glad I became part of ensuring the
financial stability, accountability, and transparency of the LGU, supporting its ability to deliver
essential public services and fulfill its mandate effectively.
