• Assists in planning in the delivery of services and programs of the unit.
• Leads, organizes and works directly with the team, demonstrates skills and conducts group work activities.
• Promotes, organizes and supervises special events and mass group activities or assembles for the unit.
• Submits monthly statistical and narrative reports and progress reports of individuals and groups
• Prepare and submit Matrix of Rehabilitated Cases, ALOS, HPMES quarterly and semestral reports.
• Responsible for the overall administration and operation of a particular unit.
• Prepare Social Case Study Report of residents.
• Update Case recording of residents in case folder.
• Attends conferences, workshops, seminars, staff meeting as part of staff development and professional growth.
• Attend rehabilitation team meeting and present assessment and intervention plan for residents scheduled for discussion.
• Facilitate admission process of residents.
• Render Officer of the Day (O.D) and Executive on Duty (EOD).
• Responsible in the safekeeping of resident’s updated record and documents.
• Special Disbursing Officer (SDO)
Providing general customer service. Organizing and coordinating administrative duties and responsibilities.
Analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interaction and planning digital campaigns to build community.
