• Provides 2nd level of support through taking calls, E-mail, chat
• Creating, deleting and editing User accounts in Active Directory system
• Process and Handling reported outage
• Maintain User Outlook accounts via MS exchange admin particularly shared mailbox, distribution list, Groups, E-mail setup
• Maintain User accounts in Active Directory (Password Reset, Unlock, Activation, Deactivation)
• Maintain User accounts in RSA such as creating, deleting and assigning tokens
• Maintain User accounts in Okta Multifactor Authentication
• Maintain User accounts in Cisco telephony (Create, delete and changing phone numbers)
• Troubleshoot and solve user’s concern on various software such us but not limited to Zoom, MS Teams, Skype, AnyConnect, WebEx, MS office and internal software uses by the company
• Assisting and resolving user concerns about network such as connecting to VPN, Internet connection, shared drive access
• Processing user request such as access to a particular application, software deployment, computer peripherals
• Doing remote session on user’s machine via Team viewer application
• Provide answers to Frequently Asked Questions directly to end-users
• Use SLAs and priority/severity classification to differentiate requests to address the most critical ones first
• Provides support on Mac and Windows computer
• Provides support on Apple and Android mobile device
• Provides 1st level of support through taking calls, E-mail, chat
• Document and logged tickets depending on the issues of the user via Service Now
• Assisting and facilitating onboarding for new hires
• Maintain User’s VDI Access through Citrix workspace and Desktop Director application
• Maintain User’s account in Active Directory (Unlocking and resetting user’s account)
• Assisting user’s when submitting request
• Provisioning user’s outlook access through MS exchange server
• Assisting users about their VPN (Cisco Anyconnect Client)
• Enrolling, Unlocking and resetting User’s ID badge using ActivClient Agent
• Assisting users for their 2FA accounts (HID activID / HID approved)
• Assisting Users with software installation and procurement such as but not limited to Pycharm, Python packages and other internal applications via SCCM
• Assisting vulnerabilities on user’s machine both Mac and Windows
• Assisting User’s for internet connectivity issues for both Mac and Windows Machine
• Maintaining mobile accounts through Azure portal
• Doing remote session on user’s machine via LogMein (LMI)
• Doing administrative task on user’s machine such as providing access to network drive / Sharepoint access
• Troubleshoot and solve user’s concern on various software such us but not limited to Zoom, MS Teams, Outlook, AnyConnect, WebEx, MS office and internal software uses by the company
• Doing extra mile to User and total contact ownership
• Provides support on Apple and Android mobile device such as but not limited to installing and configuring email access
• Exposed to some various applications. Like Bigfix, Mcafee, Connected backup, Forcepoint, CA PAM (Bastion servers) and other internal applications that Visa uses
