My full name is Dimple Mahyumi Ricafrente Mallari, my family and friends call me "Dimple" or "Dimps" for short. I am 35 years old and currently residing in Pasay City, Philippines.

I graduated with Bachelor's Degree in Bachelor of Arts Major in Foreign Service last 2010. Few months after graduation, I worked as a Bank Teller in Banco De Oro (BDO), one of the leading banks here in the Philippines. I lasted in the banking industry for a year and a new job opportunity in a public sector came in. In 2011, I got hired as a contractual employee in the Bureau of Immigration and got assigned at the Ninoy Aquino International Airports and hold a position as an Administrative Aide that is responsible for various administrative tasks of the office.
After 4 years of service, I got promoted as a permanent employee with the Supervisory position that is accountable for handling members that works as a support team for the Primary Inspectors.
During the pandemic last 2020, I decided to leave my on-site job and join the virtual industry, and started doing Freelance General Virtual Assistant jobs. It was easier for me to do the career shift as I already have the experience in customer service and administrative tasks.

• Supported the Owner/CEO of a health wellness center in Vancouver, Canada.
