I am a graduate of Business Management Major in Operations with 8 years of experience in Customer Service and Sales. My first job was in the Appliance Center I worked as a Product Specialist, my second is as an Assistant Checkout Supervisor at Puregold Price Club Inc. one of the supermarkets here in the Philippines, and my recent job was in Teletech(T-Mobile Account) I worked there as Customer Service Representative (Chat Support) with those experiences I learned how to communicate well with different personalities and culture, provide quality customer service, do multi-task, keen to details, goal-oriented, to be an effective and disciplined Leader. I took different online webinars that I highly believe will help me to perform my task excellently at home.
As a data entry specialist, I thrive on the precision and accuracy required to transform raw information into a structured and usable format. My keen eye for detail, coupled with my proficiency in data management software and keyboard efficiency, allows me to ensure data integrity while meeting deadlines. Manage large amounts of incoming chats and perform warm transfer call as needed.
Generate sales leads Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction. Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools. Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
