Hello, this is Dianna! I graduated with a Bachelor of Secondary Education major in English and received my professional teaching license last 2019. My Masters’ Degree in Teaching Literature consists of 27 units. I have three years of experience teaching students of various levels in high school and senior high school.

When the pandemic began, I also had experience in customer service. First, I learned how to handle outbound calls from a towing company, as well as set up scheduled and emergency towing services from the nearest towing provider. Second, I have provided inbound call, chat, and email support to doctors and providers regarding their members' health insurance.

I was recognized as one of the best teachers and Top in Demonstration Teaching, as well as one of the top performers and most improved agents in each of the accounts to which I belonged.

As a result of these experiences, I have developed exceptional skills in social media management, email management, appointment management, data entry, and learning the art of persuasion. I believe that the professionalism I have combined with my passion will lead to a successful career. Now, my goal is to be your best Virtual Assistant.
