I am the eldest in the family of 7 siblings honed to be taking care of them at an early age. Growing up I learned money can’t easily be earned, you need pure dedication, skills and eagerness to reach your goals and dreams. I started working in the corporate industry at the age of 22 a decade and almost 4 years of experience in the BPO industry. I have been able to work on my stats and metrics pass quality assurance standards in handling customer's both services and technical issues. I was able to get the post for a product trainer or a learning specialist list role for 4 years and help aspiring new hires be ready to handle customer service and technical issues of customers. I coached and supported them in handling calls providing a positive work environment to keep them motivated. I handled supervisory tasks attending to emails, requests from different company departments, editing pay for probationary employees communicating and engaging direct new hires in and out of the office to make sure they are fully aware about the policies and procedures of the company. I made sure that my personal life will not be affecting my work life. I have a positive outlet such as singing, reading books about life and the world. I am fond of listening to music, I cook food and tend to try different recipes and eat what's good on my taste buds. I love watching movies and documentaries in both local and international genres. I also love to travel because I am adventurous, I am into the extreme like jumping from a 37 ft. tall water walls namely Kawasan falls in Cebu, nature and beach trips are my relaxation.

Mainly handles calls and chat cruise products and services, specialty dining, shore excursions, beverages packages, onboard activities, internet services onboard the ship and guests concerns alike booking reservation, needs and request of their cabin needs.
Training new hires to onboard them and welcome them to the account. To help new hires be ready and equipped with handling calls and assisting customers.
Facilitating online and on-site classes through Webex Meetings and Zoom that focuses on the product itself.
Managing employees to make sure they are all in line with the company policy and Procedure.
Handles emails to communicate with Company HR, Facilities, Security, Neo/Quest Team, Training Team and Operations in dealing with concerns with the new hire.
Handled Premium account, a telecommunications company in the U.S, in helping customers with their daily telephone concerns.
Pioneered in Technical support department to assist customers troubleshoot their phone service.
Analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interaction and planning digital campaigns to build community.
Search the Internet for information on a wide variety of topics.
Promote companies' products and services by developing copy for websites, social media, marketing materials.
