At the age of 22, I've been in the BPO industry for over 2 years in 2 different accounts, which are the Telecommunications Account in local and the Travel Account in international. I am a hardworking, enthusiastic, self-motivated, responsible, and reliable person. Also, I work well in a team but also on my own, as I like to set myself goals, which I will achieve. Furthermore, I have a creative mind and am always up for new challenges.

My duties include responding to client questions and complaints via live chat on Facebook and Twitter about the products and services, billing statement, social media platform, and promotion, as well as making outbound calls to the consumers.
Inbound calls only on this account. My responsibilities involve taking calls from customers who have requests, such as making reservations, booking flights, altering travel plans, and asking basic questions about airport information.
