The GSB Senior Analyst is responsible for performing quality checks with the different set-up, maintenance and enrichment of SSIs to ensure client data is accurate and complies with the various market best practices as well as various reports generated by the team.
Responsibilities:
*Perform Quality Checks of all cases handled by the GSB Analyst.
*Standing Settlement Instructions: set-up of onboarding clients, maintenance and termination against the raw data sent by clients.
*Conducts coaching sessions with the aim to improve their monthly quality scores, highlight errors and discusses appropriate procedures and job aides.
*Administers refresher training on a quarterly basis to address common errors, process changes, new market and validation rules.
*Conducts new hire training.
*Adheres to the agreed quality standards in executing all assigned tasks, ensures 100% compliance to Information Security and Client Confidential Information policies of the organization.
*Assigned to oversee huge ALERT Project (GCD IM Migrations)
*Performs project scooping to determine capacity requirements based on client’s volume and data quality.
*Determine turnaround time target and negotiate with internal and external parties on reasonable turnaround time commitment.
*Communicating with internal and external parties on project progress, issues encountered and working with client to implement a mutually agreeable solution to address issues.
*Aligns risk and control processes into a day-to-day responsibility to monitor and mitigate risk, escalates appropriately.
As a member of the Service Bureau team, the Senior Analyst works closely with multi-regional clients in order to handle requests at different stages of the Omgeo ALERT product life cycle. Expectations include an ability to effectively communicate ideas, build rapport and develop relationship with the clients and internal partners, manage client expectation, and attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
*Maintain datable of ALERT Web for clients.
*Act as the primary client point of contact.
*Accountable for answering or escalating client questions, as needed.
*Input/upload information into the system on behalf of clients while maintaining integrity and quality of data.
*Employ troubleshooting and customer service skills to resolve client questions.
*Responsible for maintaining all documentation and detailed notes related to client cases.
*Review, analyze and update reports to ensure compliance with market practices and industry standards.
*Assist with other miscellaneous duties, as requested, by the Service Bureau Supervisor.
*Searching for and processing information about companies falling under assigned market, using acceptable methods, techniques and sourced.
*Updating and inputting data as required to ensure the quality of data assets utilized by various ISS proprietary applications.
*Meeting pre-determined turn-around goals for work assignments.
*Updating internal documents for quality and productivity metrics monitoring.
*Ensuring adequate audit trails for the data received or sent from production systems.
*Perform root-case analysis if data issues ae identified.
*Maintaining appropriate paper and electronic files as required by ISS and client file retention policies.
*Assists in identifying and evaluating the organization’s risk areas and provides input to
the development of the annual audit plan;
* Ensures the completeness/adequacy of materials/supplies need for the audit
engagement;
* Assist in the examination and evaluation of the adequacy and effectiveness of the Bank’s
governance, risk management and internal control processes;
* Performs audit procedures, including identifying and defining issues, reviewing and
analyzing evidence, and documenting client processes and procedures.
* Closely coordinate with the Internal Audit Head to ensure adequate supervision of work;
* Conducts interviews, reviews document, develops and administers surveys, and
prepares working papers;
* Identifies, develops, and documents audit issues and recommendations using
independent judgment concerning areas being reviewed;
* Ensures the delivery of final audit reports approved by the Internal Audit Head to the
Office of Executive Secretary for dissemination to the Board of Directors and other
officers.
* Assess independently and objectivity the controls, reliability, and integrity of the Bank’s
IT Environment.
* Assist to evaluate IT plans, strategies, policies and procedures to ensure adequate
management oversight
* Assess the IT controls to ensure that transaction is recorded and processed in
compliance with acceptable accounting methods and standards and are in compliance
with the policies set forth by the Board of Directors and Senior Management
* Make recommendation to management about procedures that affect in IT controls.
* Performs related work as assigned by audit management.
*Handles incoming calls
* Handles inquires for product (telephone line and internet)
* Handles client ‘s billing inquires for both internet and telephone line users
.* Conducts Troubleshooting for both internet and telephone line
Analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interaction and planning digital campaigns to build community.

Promote companies' products and services by developing copy for websites, social media, marketing materials.
