I am a committed, friendly and hardworking person with a passion for providing excellent customer service at all times. Always having the needs of the customers and the reputation of the organisation at heart. I have dealt with customers’ enquiries and complaints face-to-face and over the phone. My excellent customer service and communication skills, combined with my relevant work experience, make me a real asset to any organisation that I work for.
I have worked in BPO Industry for 2 years, which trained me to have a better mindset on all things. I decided to change my career to focus on my passion which is Graphic Designer and a Virtual Assistant that can work independently.
I am willing to discover and accept new ideas that can be put into practice effectively. I am a good listener and fast learner, able to communicate well with a group and on an individual level. I am able to motivate and direct my talents and skills to meet objectives.
