I own an online beauty product store through Shopee and Facebook. I distribute various rejuvenating creams, perfumes, and lipsticks. To attract more customers, we run promotions and discounts on a few select items. And most recently, I attempted to use an affiliate to drive more potential clients to visit our online store and make a purchase via Tiktok, as well as to engage with various businesses that offered affiliate programs in order to increase sales.
As a call center agent our responsibility is to respond to incoming chats or call from the customers to take their orders, answer questions and inquiries, troubleshoot problems, provide information and handle complaints regarding the organization’s products or services. Additionally, agents are responsible for making outbound calls to set appointments. Handles outbound calls and receiving chats listening to customers needs or issues and providing helpful solutions to their problems.
